Sidang yang diketauhi oleh ketua Majelis Hakim hakim Yohanes Hehamony dan hakim anggota Ginting di ruang Cakra, merupakan sidang perdana yang digelar secara terbuka.
Kendati, kemudian hakim memerintakan jaksa untuk membacakan dakwaan.
“Terimakasi majelis hakim,” saut jaksa Damang di persidangan.
Dalam pembacaan dakwaan terhadap terdakwa Bayu Andhika, JPU menjelaskan isi dakwaan Bayu Andhika, menjelaskan. Senin, 6/04/2020.
“awalnya pada waktu dan tempat sebagaimana diatas terdakwa meneriman titipa tombokan judi togel dari sdr AGUS dan Yongki (DPO), sebesar Rp.4.000. (empat ribu rupiah) dan Rp. 5.000, (lima ribu rupiah), dimana untuk tata cara permainan judi togel nilai tombokan sejumlah Rp. 1.000,- (seribu rupiah) dan nomor yang dipasang 2 (dua) angka keluar maka mendapatkan Rp. 65.000,00 (enampuluh lima ribu rupiah), bila mendapatkan yang dipasang 3 angka keluar maka akan mendapatkan Rp. 400.000,- (empat ratus ribu rupiah) dan bila tepat 4 (empat) anak yang keluar maka akan mendapatkan Rp. 4.500.000,- (empat juta lima ratus ribu rupiah),” urainya.
“Dari hasil keuntungan dari permainan judi Togel tersebut terdakwa mendaptkan keuntungan sebesar 15% (lima belas persen), dalam melakukan permainan judi tersebut terdakwa juga tidak ada ijin dari pihah yang berwenang,” Sambung, Damang saat pembacaanya di persidangan selesai.
Atas perbuatan permainan judi tersebut terdakwa melanggar yang diatur dan diancam pidana dalam Pasal 303 ayat (1) ke 2 KUHP.@_Oirul
